Frugality is always a part of being married and of being a mom. Top it with some creativity and you might just have a masterpiece. Last year, we moved into our house and we didn’t have any spring decors to brighten the place up. In the Philippines, the spring season doesn’t really exist. So, for a tropical girl like me, it can be hard to come up with some ideas on what to do. Haha. Being on Pinterest has always pushed my passion for creating any projects I could possibly think of and this time I wanted to have a spring wreath for the front door. So after browsing around for a while, I came up with this idea. I did’t want to spend a lot of money, so I head to the local dollar store to set my idea in motion.
Spring has drawn closer and the Dollar Tree store is so ready for everything about spring. If you love projects and inexpensive materials, this store is for you.
Here is my 5 Dollar Spring Hat Wreath!
Things you need:
- 4 spring flowers of your choice
- 1 hat
- Pair or Scissor or wire cutters
- Glue gun (optional)
- Cut off each flower stem.
- To attach the flowers into the hat, you can use glue. Or you can weave the stem in and out through the holes in the hat then wrap around itself to lock it in place. Do this for the rest of the flowers and …
