It’s been a week since we went to my scheduled prenatal exam and now know what we are having. It is exciting and overwhelming. Most of our family and friends are excited as well to know what’ll be the gender of the next baby.
While it is obvious that we like to share our family blessings, we made a special afternoon getaway for a Photo shoot gender reveal.
California in spring this year is in super bloom and the mountains are just so gorgeous. A land well-carpeted with flowers of different kinds and colors. For me, there is no words that can describe the beauty of mother nature but to only grasp a breath of appreciation.
We went for a drive on the way to the Carrizo Plains National Monument. We took old highway 58 between Bakersfield and Santa Margarita, the drive was spectacular. My mother-in-law and my husband are California natives but according to them, they have never seen such a bloom as this mountain side.
Moving on to our gender reveal, here are some of the photos that we took while savoring the beauty of the California spring.
That’s it! we are having another boy and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome another dude in our family. It is an honor to shape and raise good men (God knows, the world needs more of them) My husband is already thinking about getting a bunk bed for them. Not yet, but eventually.
