White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookie Recipe 1

Since I arrived in the US, I have really become fond of baking especially these White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies.  They are a definite favorite in our house.

In my previous post, I shared with you my Cheesecake Factory Copycat Coconut-Lime Chicken.  Today, I will be sharing my first cookie recipe – White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookie.  I put a little bit of my own twist on the recipe, and my family and friends just keep coming back for more.

My husband is a certified cookie monster and with these White Chocolate Butterscotch cookie, having one is just not enough.  I remember that some months ago, we had a pre-house warming and one of our guests brought some cookies which were store bought.  At that time, I also baked these cookies and it was funny how our guests kept on taking cookie after cookie.  One of the kids even mentioned that these were better then the ones they bought.  Thus, you HAVE to make these cookies.  You will love them!
