White Chocolate Butterscotch Cookie Recipe

My husband is a certified cookie monster and with these White Chocolate Butterscotch cookie, having one is just not enough. I remember that some months ago, we had a pre-house warming and one of our guests brought some cookies which were store bought. At that time, I also baked these cookies and it was funny how our guests kept on taking cookie after cookie. One of the kids even mentioned that these were better then the ones they bought. Thus, you HAVE to make these cookies.
